• Terms & Conditions For Beautiful Tahoe Weddings

    Prices may change without notice. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the wedding package is required at the time of booking to reserve most packages. The balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date. If the wedding date is under 30 days, 100% of the wedding package price is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. You may pay your deposit and final payment to A Beautiful Lake Tahoe Wedding, P.O. Box 800, Zephry Cove, NV 89448. They accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept traveler's checks; cashiers checks or money orders that can be mailed to us via US Mail.

    Changes and cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing and there will be no refunds within 30 days of the wedding date. If you need to reschedule your wedding date for any reason, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee and at least 30 day notice is required. If there is a cancellation or change within 30 days, 50% of your total may be applied to a future date within the next 12 months. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the changes. Some services may be difficult to reschedule. We are not responsible for the weather or wedding party delays. In case of inclement weather, a $250.00 fee may be charged to book an indoor wedding location. There may be a limit to the number of guests at some locations.

    Additional charges may apply for parking, guest gondola tickets, and state park fees. Please no throwing of rice birdseed, confetti or releasing helium balloons as these are prohibited by law due to possible harm to wildlife and birds. Client agrees to hold A Beautiful Lake Tahoe Wedding, its employees or subcontractors harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and expenses relating to services arising out of this agreement.
